The white rum of Mates offers a unique blend of different types of rum from Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. In addition, more than half of the blend consists of a 3-year-old rum from Trinidad.

FAQ - WHITE RUM
Rum is made from three ingredients: Molasse & cane juice from sugarcane, yeast and water. All the ingredients are fermented and distilled, aged, filtered and blended.
The Rum is blended with different styles which offers a natural sweet blend. In Mates Rum there is no added sugar.
White Rum is younger then compared to a Gold Rum. Both offer a variety of profile. However White Rum is often a classic base for populaire cocktails or easy mixers.

This blend ensures that your cocktail gets the perfect taste, try making a Mojito or Daiquiri with it. Not in the cocktail mood? Mix the Mates white rum with cola and enjoy a Cuba Libre.

DAIQUIRI
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Mates White Rum, the juice of the lime, and the sugar water. Shake it and strain it in a fancy glass without the ice cubes. Enjoy!
- 50ml - Mates White Rum
- 30ml - Sugar Water
- Juice of 2 Limes
- Ice cubes
- Shaker
MOJITO
Pour Mates White Rum, the lime juice in a glass and add the mint leaves. Muddle this and add the crushed ice. Finish the cocktail with sparkling water and the garnish.

- 75ml - Sparkling water
- 15ml - Sugar Water
- 20ml - Lemon juice
- Lime wedge
- Mint leaves
- Crushed ice
MACO
Be traditional but go out of the box. Mates White Rum served in a glass full of ice, finished with cola and a slice of lime.
